This isn’t going to be easy.
Easy is how you got out of shape. Easy is potato chips and beer. Easy is putting off the change until tomorrow. Or next week. Or New Year’s.
This is going to be hard. And you’re going to thank us for it. Eventually.
This isn’t going to be cheap.
Cheap is the Dollar Menu. Cheap is a Big Gulp. Cheap is a Box Gym with TVs on the treadmill and Snickers for sale by the way out.
This is an investment. This is a commitment to your self and – by extension – to those who love and rely on you. This is you going all-in to define and achieve a better Life, because nothing great ever came from going half-way.
This is caring for your health.
What passes for ‘healthcare’ in this country is most often mis-named. Rarely is it actually “caring for health.” It is instead, battling disease. It is waiting for something bad to happen, and then hoping we can fix it well enough, fast enough, and cheaply enough.
We’re not about that.
We’re about preventative medicine. We’re about proper health-care – moving you on the health spectrum farther and farther from illness and closer and closer to fitness. We’re about making you rock at Life.
We don’t do discounts.
You’ve been discounting your health for far too long, and it stops here. What people new to fitness rarely grasp is the outrageous cost of poor health.
Make the investment and make the change.
Okay – we do some discounts.
Show identification recognising you as military, police, fire service, EMT, or a K-12 educator, and you will receive a 25% discount as a thank you for everything you do in trying to make the world a better, brighter place for us all.
Additionally, if you would like to book a camp or team session as a fundraiser for a recognised charity, we can discuss a means of coming together to help the cause.

We also do incentives.
While it’s true you can only get better day-by-day, it’s important to have and commit to a plan.
That’s why we do offer a significant incentives for booking sessions by the block. Save 10%, 15%, and 20% off individual session rates by pre-paying for a block of 3, 6, or 9 sessions, respectively.
Commit to the journey.
It happens. We understand. Just let us know. Ahead of time.
Booked sessions and classes can be rescheduled if notified sufficiently a head of time (typically at least 24 hours for private sessions and 72 hours for a class).
Missed sessions and last minute cancellations will not be refunded.
In the event I need to reschedule a sesh for any reason, I humbly offer a free private sesh in appreciation.
